Spraying near school: A 35-mph wind lifts fungicides directly into Smith River School (buildings 
  in background), in spring of 2001. Spraying occurs within 20 feet of school 
  grounds. The chemicals used include Daconil (chlorothalonil), a known carcinogen, 
  and Kocide (copper hydroxide), which can cause a variety of severe human health 
  problems and is deadly to fish.
