Estuary_aerial from east: The town of Smith River (population 2,500), at lower-right, sits surrounded 
by lily bulb farms. In the center of the photo, just to the right of the Smith 
River, are the Dahlstrom & Watt greenhouses and lily bulb processing plant. 
Brown earth indicates recently fumigated lily bulb fields. Smith River School 
(oval track, bottom-right) lies within 20 feet of heavily sprayed land. In the 
foreground is Arcata Redwood Company's abandoned old-growth redwood mill, also 
likely to harbor toxic waste.
